Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha was a member of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder alongside her sisters and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha played other sports such as soccer, softball and basketball. Her bodybuilding journey began when she turned 15 years old. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she competed was the year 2008 but started competing since the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place with a 9th-place finish. In 2015 she held onto the 9th position. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016, in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She placed fourth. The "World's strongest mom" is taking a medical break.
